  • Do you supply free samples?
    We do not generally supply free samples. If you want to buy some of the items that are below the minimum order quantity as samples, please write to us. Also the price of the sample is usually higher than the quoted price in our catalog.

  • What is the currency of the prices displayed?
    All transactions are done in US Dollar. The prices shown in this website are all in US Dollar.

  • Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
    A minimum of more than 10 lots per item is needed to qualify for the bulk purchase discount. Please contact us for more details if you would like to enroll into our business program.

  • Do I have to pay any customs duty for my order?
    Every country's customs department has their own set of standards with regards to the value threshold beyond which a duty for the importation of the goods is incurred. By placing an order with us, you agree that any customs duty, tax and quarantine charges incurred in the importation of the goods to your country is the sole responsibility of the buyer (you). It is advised that you, as the buyer, check with your country's customs department on the value threshold if you are concern with the customs duty that may be incurred.

  • What is your return for a refund and exchange policy?
    Product quality is our highest priority and we believe in sending our customers only quality products. However if you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of the item you receive or the item received is not as described, please write to us within 14 days of receiving your item stating the reason for the return. Under normal circumstances, we will make a refund of the total price of the item once we receive the return item. Please note that the return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. To qualify for a refund, the products returned must be in unused and unopened condition.

  • What is your payment gateway?
    Paypal is our payment processing agent. Through Paypal, we accept major Visa and Mastercards and also debit cards and charge cards for certain countries. You may need to register a Paypal account first. Upon checkout, you will be directed to Paypal’s secure site for payment and will be redirected back to us after completing your payment.

  • I encountered problems while making payments and I am not sure if I have paid. What should I do?
    Please write to us. We will check our system and verify with Paypal so that you won’t make the same payment twice. Of course we will get back to you as soon as possible.
