Shipping Terms

  • When do I expect to receive my parcel?
    We strive to dispatch your parcel within 2 working days after receiving your cleared payment. The order will be delivered to you by your country’s postal services. Based on our experience, the approximate transit durations are:

    • Rest of Asia, Australia and New Zealand – 2 weeks
    • Europe – 2 to 3 weeks
    • United Kingdom – 2 weeks
    • United States – 5 weeks (via Amazon after delivering the item to Amazon warehouse)
    • Canada – 2 to 4 weeks
    • Rest of the World – 3 to 6 weeks

    Please note: These transit times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal services, and seasonal demand.

    If your item is time-sensitive, we recommend using Express Shipping.

  • I am in urgent need of this item. Can you help?
    Yes, if you need the item fast, we can ship the item for you with Express Shipping via DHL Express or similar logistics partners. With express shipping, you will normally receive the item within 1 week after dispatch. The fee for Express Shipping can be higher but is fairly competitive.  You can write to us at cs@summer-ray.com to inquire about the express shipping fee before or right after your order. We will get back to you with the express shipping fee amount. If necessary, we will send you an additional Paypal money request for any extra in shipping fee that you need to pay for Express Shipping.

  • What if an item I order is not in stock?
    While we make sure that all the items put on Summer-Ray.com are in stock, there are times under rare occasions that an item is out of stock or we think the quality of the item is not up to our standard to ship to you and it is the last one we have. If such a case occurs, we will inform you immediately and you can choose either a refund or a replacement.

  • How much is the total postage for my order?
    There will be a flat rate shipping charge for standard shipping. Please note that the flat rate applies per country, and different countries have their own flat rate shipping fee. The exact shipping fee for your destination will be shown during checkout.

  • What should I do if I still do not receive my item after an extended period of time?
    Please write to us at cs@summer-ray.com. We shall get back to you with more information about the status of your order.
