Shipping Terms

  • When do I expect to receive my parcel?
    We strive to dispatch your parcel within 2 working days after receiving your cleared payment. We use DHL Global Mail for standard economy delivery. The order will be delivered to you by your country's postal services. As a general guide from our experience dealing with customers from different parts of the world, the duration in transit for different parts of the world are summarized as below:

    Asia - 1 to 4 weeks
    Australia and New Zealand - 2 to 4 weeks
    Europe and United Kingdom - 2 to 4 weeks
    United States and Canada - 2 to 4 weeks
    Rest of the World - 3 to 6 weeks

    While we strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible, the duration taken by the postal services to deliver the parcel to your doorstep is completely out of our control. If your item is time sensitive, you are advised to use express shipping. 

  • I am in urgent need of this item. Can you help?
    Yes, if you need the item fast, we can post the item for you with Express Shipping, which you will usually receive the item within 1 week after dispatch. The fee for Express Shipping can be higher but is very competitive.  So please write to us at to inquire about the fee for Express Post before you proceed with your order. We will send you an additional Paypal invoice for any extra in postage you need to pay for Express Shipping.

  • What if an item I order is not in stock?
    While we make sure that all the items put on are in stock, there are times under rare occasions that an item is out of stock or we think the quality of the item is not up to our standard to ship to you and it is the last one we have. If such a case occurs, we will inform you immediately and you can choose either a refund or a replacement.

  • How much is the total postage for my order?
    All items offered by are inclusive of postage in their price structure so there is no postage to worry about.

  • What should I do if I still do not receive my item after an extended period of time?
    Please write to us at We will provide you with a tracking no. for your parcel where you can enquire at a post office near you. A parcel can sometimes be held at the collection centers waiting for collection when attempts to send the parcel to you have failed. A note may or may not have been left by the postman to inform you about it. We can also help to initiate an enquiry at the post office from here to track down the parcel. This, however, is the last resort as this process can take a rather long time since the tracking request is sent manually by DHL Global Mail to your country's postal services.
