Important Shipping Update for Our US Customers

Why This Change?

Since September 2025, all parcels entering the United States are subject to customs duty due to new US tariffs on imported goods, regardless of their value. In addition, individual shipments now incur brokerage fees during customs clearance.
To keep costs manageable and ensure smooth delivery, we’ve updated the way we ship orders to our US customers.

How Your Orders Will Be Shipped

  • Combined Shipment to Amazon Warehouse
Your order will be sent together with our regular shipments to Amazon’s US warehouse.
  • Amazon Fulfillment
Once the items are received and processed by Amazon, they will ship your order directly to you.
  • Tariff Duty Covered
We will absorb the customs duty so you don’t have to worry about unexpected charges.
  • Lower Brokerage Fees
By avoiding individual customs clearance, we minimize extra costs.

What This Means for You

  • 📦 Delivery Timeline: Orders may take approximately 5 weeks to arrive.
  • 💰 No Extra Customs Charges: We handle the tariff duty.
  • 🔄 Flexibility: Before placing an order, please consider whether the longer delivery timeline works for you.
    • If faster delivery is essential, please contact us first to enquire about express shipping options.
    • For express shipping, customers must agree to bear all customs duty and fees incurred for importing the goods into the US.

Thank You for Your Understanding

We value our US customers and appreciate your patience as we adapt to these new regulations. This arrangement helps us keep your costs lower while ensuring reliable delivery.
